White & Case Advises Levi Strauss & Co. on Expansion of Its Distribution Footprint in Latin America

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.) on its acquisition of approximately 80 stores located in Chile, Peru and Bolivia from The Jeans Company (TJC).  
 
Pursuant to the terms of an asset purchase agreement signed on July 25, 2019, LS&Co. will acquire all operating assets related to the Levi’s® and Dockers® brands from TJC, LS&Co.’s primary distributor in Chile, Peru and Bolivia.  
 
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Rodrigo Dominguez and counsel Emilio Grandio, as well as associates Luisa Muskus, Chris Hebert and Nicole Rodriguez-Fierro, from the firm’s Houston office.
