White & Case Advises on Maschio Gaspardo's Financial Restructuring

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of 21 major Italian banks on the €140 million debt restructuring of Maschio Gaspardo S.p.A., a leading Italian company in the production of agricultural equipment.

The agreement is part of a broader strengthening of the company, which includes a €20 million capital increase.

The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction comprised partners Andrea Novarese and Maria Cristina Storchi, associate Tiziana Germinario and lawyer Francesco Mozzone.
