White & Case Advises Nestlé on Joint Venture with Casa Tarradellas

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, on the creation of a joint venture with Casa Tarradellas, with their respective stakes 40 percent and 60 percent.

Founded in 1976, Casa Tarradellas is a Spanish family-run company. It is one of the leading food companies and one of the top ten best-known brands in Spain. 

The joint venture includes Herta charcuterie (cold cuts and meat-based products), which is available in six European countries, and the Herta dough business in France and Belgium. It will be established upon finalization of employee consultations where required.
