White & Case Advises P4 on Issue of Seven-Year Bonds Worth PLN500 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised P4 sp. z o.o. (P4), the operator of Poland's biggest mobile network Play, on the issue of seven-year unsecured B-series bonds for the total nominal value of PLN500 million.

This is the latest bond issue in P4's Bond Issue Program that has a total nominal value of up to PLN 2 billion and on which White & Case has advised since its launch in December 2019.

Play Communications S.A. owns all the shares in P4, the operator of the Play mobile network. 

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Marcin Studniarek, counsel Bartosz Smardzewski and associate Damian Lubocki.
