White & Case Advises Ratos and Bonnier on Divestment of Bisnode to Dun & Bradstreet

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ratos AB and Bonnier on the divestment of Bisnode AB to Dun & Bradstreet.

Ratos and Bonnier have signed an agreement to sell their entire holdings in Bisnode, excluding its business operations in Belgium, to Bisnode's partner Dun & Bradstreet for an approximate enterprise value of SEK 7.2 billion, corresponding to an EV/EBITA multiple of 13.8x and an approximate equity value of SEK 5.54 billion. The equity value comprises a 75 percent cash consideration and 25 percent of shares in Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc.

Ratos is a Swedish private equity firm founded in 1866 and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. 

Headquartered in Sweden with operations in 12 countries, Bonnier Group is the holding company for a corporate group made up of the Nordic region's leading media companies. As well as media, the group includes Bonnier Fastigheter which owns, maintains and develops commercial real estate primarily in the Stockholm area.
