Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the sellers on the sale of Dellner Couplers to EQT VIII.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions to closing and is expected to complete in the second quarter 2019.

Dellner Couplers is headquartered in Vika, Sweden and has a global network of subsidiaries, branches and agents in more than 13 countries.
