Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Triton on the sale of DSI Underground to Sandvik Group.

The sale is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in Q2 2021.

DSI Underground is the world's leading supplier of ground support products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and tunnelling industry.
