Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in connection with a US$1.8 billion primary and secondary public offering of 46 million shares of Class A common stock of DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG), of which 16 million shares were sold by DraftKings and 30 million shares were sold by certain selling stockholders. The shares included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 6.0 million shares from the selling stockholders.
DraftKings is a leading digital sports entertainment and gaming company that went public in April 2020 through a business combination with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that was advised by the White & Case team that advised the underwriters in this offering.
