White & Case Expands Global Banking and M&A Practices with Addition of Two Partners in Milan

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Banking Practice and Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the addition of partners Andrea Novarese and Maria Cristina Storchi in Milan.

Novarese joins the Firm's Global Banking Practice. He advises commercial and investment banks, borrowers and issuers, financial institutions, blue chip companies, investment firms and manufacturing industry players, and has considerable experience across a range of transactions including banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance, senior secured lending, restructuring and debt capital markets. Novarese joins White & Case from Latham & Watkins, where he was a partner and European Chair of the Automotive Industry Group, and brings more than 25 years of experience.

Storchi joins the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. She advises on large, cross-border and Italian mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions, with considerable experience advising listed companies, and focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, public tender and exchange offers, restructurings, general corporate matters, capital markets transactions and privatizations. She joins from Latham & Watkins, where she was a partner, and brings more than 25 years of experience.
