Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised joint bookrunners J.P. Morgan, Crédit Agricole, HSBC and Nomura, in connection with the high yield bond offering of €350 million 6.5 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2020 by Elior, a French multinational company specializing in contract and concession catering.
