Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the bank syndicate on the sale by Charterhouse and Chequers Capital of 16.44 million Elior shares, representing approximately ten percent of the company's share capital.
The sale was made through a private placement with qualified investors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding, for a total amount of approximately €255 million. Following the placement, Charterhouse and Chequers Capital retain 31.25 percent of Elior’s share capital.
Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan acted as Joint Bookrunners on the transaction.
