Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services present in more than 40 countries, on the acquisition of digital strategy and experience design consultancy Idean Enterprises Oy.

Idean, which is headquartered in Palo Alto with additional studios in Austin, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Helsinki and Berlin, focuses primarily on digital user experience, customer experience and digital strategy. Its acquisition is a part of Capgemini’s growth strategy focused on innovation and digital experience, particularly in North America.
