Global law firm White & Case LLP advised the Coface Group on its initial public offering on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The IPO was initiated by Natixis, Coface's shareholder. The prospectus received the visa from the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on June 13, 2014 and the listing is scheduled for June 27, 2014. The offering amounts to approximately €832 million.
Coface is a worldwide leader in credit insurance, providing companies around the globe with solutions aimed at protecting them against the risk of financial default by their debtors, on both their domestic and export markets. The Coface Group has a direct presence in 67 countries and employs 4,400 people. For the year 2013, its consolidated revenue amounted to €1.4 billion. In France, the Coface Group manages export public guarantees on behalf of the French state.
