White & Case Advises on English, New York and German Law €850 Million Debt Financing for Aliaxis Group
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Aliaxis Group on its debt financing of approximately €850 million.
The transaction consists of a €680 million English law revolving facility agreement and two notes issuances – an approximately €50 million New York law private placement and a €120 million German law Schuldschein. Aliaxis also has a US$260 million New York private placement dated July 2011 on which White & Case advised.
Aliaxis is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of plastic fluid handling systems used in residential and commercial construction and industrial and public infrastructure applications, with a presence in over 40 countries worldwide.
London-based White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy, who led the team which advised Aliaxis, said: "Our team involved lawyers from several offices and practices which ensured White & Case provided a single, seamless financing arrangement with internal consistencies across the documentation.
