Global law firm White & Case LLP advised joint global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis, joint bookrunning managers BNP Paribas and Société Générale and co-manager Citigroup in connection with Faurecia's follow-on high yield bond offering of €140 million 9.375% Senior Notes due 2016. The deal was well received by the market and was six times over-subscribed.
Faurecia is one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers with four key business groups: Automotive Seating, Emissions Control Technologies, Interior Systems and Automotive Exteriors. Faurecia is listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris stock exchange.
White & Case had also represented the banks in Faurecia's debut high yield bond offering of €350 million 9.375% Senior Notes due 2016 in November 2011.
