White & Case Advises GSO Capital Partners on £665 Million Sale of Miller Homes to Bridgepoint

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GSO Capital Partners LP on the £665 million sale of Miller Homes, one of the UK's largest housebuilders, to Bridgepoint.

"Having had the privilege of representing GSO on its original investment in Miller Homes in 2012," said London-based partner Gavin Weir, who led the Firm's deal team, "we are delighted to represent GSO on the successful exit, as well as having advised on various matters relating to Miller throughout the life of GSO's investment. Miller Homes was established in 1934 and is the largest privately-owned housebuilder in the UK. The company focuses on sustainable developments on the edge of urban or suburban areas, typically within 45 minutes of the nearest largest town or city, and is recognised for providing outstanding levels of customer service. It completed 2,380 homes during 2016, and achieved a 13 percent revenue increase to £565 million and a 31 percent increase in operating profit to £103 million during the year to 31 December 2016.
