Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised HP Pelzer Holding GmbH – Adler Pelzer Group on the issuance of €350 million 4.125 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2024, which were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to redeem HP Pelzer's existing €280 million 7.5 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2021 issued in 2014 and 2015, on which White & Case also advised.
White & Case advised on US federal, NY State, German, Belgian, Czech, English, Italian, Mexican, Polish and Spanish law aspects of the transaction.
