Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today it has signed a lease at 1221 Avenue of the Americas for its New York office. The Firm will lease the top floors of the building and anticipates moving to the new location in 2017.
"After a thorough review, we have identified a new location for our New York office which enables us to create a more modern and efficient workspace to better service our clients and to create a state of the art workplace for our employees", said David N. Koschik, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
The Firm wishes to express its appreciation to The Durst Organization, the owners of 1155 Avenue of the Americas which the Firm has occupied since 1984, for a valued relationship spanning more than three decades.
White & Case was represented by Ken Siegel, Tom Doughty and Lisa Kiell of JLL. The Firm’s new location is owned and operated by real estate development and investment management firm, The Rockefeller Group.
