Global law firm White & Case LLP today announced the arrival of William (Bill) Choe as a partner in the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He will be based in the Firm's Silicon Valley office.
Bill is a prominent M&A lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience representing technology companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. John Reiss, Global Head of White & Case's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, said, "We are extremely focused globally on technology companies and their needs. Choe joins from Morrison & Foerster LLP where he was a partner.
