David R. Courchaine and Erin McNamee Named Among "Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40"

Legal association the National LGBT Bar Association has named White & Case associates David R. Courchaine and Erin McNamee (Washington, DC) to its 2020 list of the "Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40."

Each year, the association recognizes LGBTQ+ legal professionals (practicing lawyers, law professors, corporate counsel, members of the judiciary, politicians, etc.) under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality. Awardees will be recognized during a special awards lunch at the 2020 Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair in Washington, DC on August 12-14.

Courchaine is an associate in White & Case's Global Antitrust/Competition and White Collar/Investigations Practices. His practice focuses on complex civil litigations and government investigations, in which he represents foreign and domestic clients, including financial institutions, pharmaceutical firms, and other multinational corporations. Courchaine is co-chair of White & Case’s US Spectrum LGBT+ Affinity Network.

McNamee is an associate in White & Case's Global Antitrust/Competition Practice. She is a trial-hardened lawyer whose practice focuses on defending multinational corporations in complex civil litigation and antitrust cartel investigations, spanning a number of industries, with a particular focus on technology products and social media.
