Law.com Honors White & Case Women Partners in New Awards

In the inaugural year of its Women, Influence and Power in Law awards, Law.com has named White & Case London partners Clare Connellan, Laura Sizemore and Ingrid York to its "Class of 2021," a select roll of UK-based women lawyers "honoured for their achievements in areas such as leadership, mentoring, innovation and assisting those in need of legal services, according to Law.com.

In the Private Practice Awards section, Connellan and Sizemore were honored as "Innovative Leaders," while York was honored for "Thought Leadership." 

In addition to naming White & Case partners to the Class of 2021, Law.com honored the firm's Diversity Initiative with an award for "Law Firm D&I Initiative of the Year," and cited White & Case associates Judith Olloh and Juanita Derex-Briggs for their leadership of the program in White & Case's London office.

Connellan is a partner in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice, and leads the firm's Business & Human Rights Interest Group. Sizemore is a partner in the firm's Capital Markets Practice, and serves as head of Capital Markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. York is a partner in the Capital Markets Practice and head of the firm's Global Derivatives Interest Group. Olloh is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Practice, and Derex-Briggs is an associate in the Debt Finance Practice.

The awards were announced on Law.com on January 18, and will be formally presented in a virtual Women, Influence and Power in Law awards ceremony on March 10.
