Tolu Obamuroh Named among Africa’s 50 Most Promising Young Arbitration Lawyers

Tolu Obamuroh of global law firm White & Case LLP has been selected as a recipient of the Africa’s 50 Most Promising Young Arbitration Practitioners 2020 Award. The Association selected the 50 winners, from among nominees having at least three years of Arbitration experience, based on their reputation in the Arbitration community, contributions to the development of Arbitration in Africa and other criteria. Obamuroh was also named in the Rising Stars Category (40 under 40) of the Nigerian Legal Awards in 2016 and 2018.

Obamuroh is an associate in White & Case’s International Arbitration Group. His practice includes international commercial and investment arbitration. Before joining White & Case, Obamuroh was the Associate General Counsel of the Lagos Court of Arbitration. He was recently co-chair of Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration).
