Intellectual property community and information service Patexia Inc. has named White & Case partner David M. Tennant (Washington, DC) the number 2 "Best-Performing Attorney" in representing inter-partes review (IPR) petitioners, based on Tennant’s success rate of 98 percent. Based on the same study, Patexia recently named White & Case "the best-performing law firm" for IPR based on a 96 percent IPR success rate.

The study was limited to cases that had been denied, settled, instituted or received the final written decision as of September 2017, and to lawyers who had been involved in a minimum of 40 cases over the period of study.
