Law360 has ranked White & Case the "Best Law Firm for Minority Attorneys" (in a tie) in the 2017 results of its annual Diversity Snapshot survey, based on White & Case having the highest percentage of minority lawyers among US firms with more than 600 lawyers. White & Case won the same distinction in Law360's 2016 snapshot. The 2017 Snapshot also named White & Case the number 2 large US law firm for its percentage of minority equity partners.
Law360's findings echo The American Lawyer's Diversity Scorecard, which this summer named White & Case the most-diverse large US law firm for the fourth consecutive year.
For its Snapshot, Law360 surveyed more than 300 US firms to learn their minority headcount as of December 31, 2016.
White & Case's global executive partner for diversity, Raoul Cantero (Miami), says: "Diversity and inclusion are core cultural values of our firm; they go hand-in-hand with our global presence and the clients we serve. We are honored to be recognized by Law360 for our efforts to be at the forefront of promoting these values within the legal profession."
