Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Hg, Europe's leading specialist private equity investor focused on software and service businesses, on its investment in the Septeo Group, a European leader in LegalTech based in Montpellier, France.
The purpose of the investment is to help Septeo Group continue to build a leading LegalTech platform across Europe.
