White & Case Advises SoftBank Vision Fund II on Investment in TIER Mobility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SoftBank Vision Fund II on its investment as lead investor in the Series C financing of TIER Mobility.

"Our role advising on this deal, following our work with SoftBank on its investments in OakNorth and Greensill amongst others last year, demonstrates the expertise and capabilities of our Tech and Fast Growth practices." 

Founded in 2018, TIER Mobility is Europe's leading provider of micro-mobility. TIER Mobility operates in over 60 cities in nine countries. The company's existing investors include Mubadala Capital, Goodwater Capital, White Star Capital, Northzone and selected business angels and individual investors, such as Formula 1 World Champion Nico Rosberg.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Ian Bagshaw and Daniel Turgel (both London), with support from partner Tobias Heinrich (Frankfurt), local partner Hans-Georg Schulze (Berlin) and associates Joe Bradley, Elena Ruggiu, Francis Brown and Claire Sackman (all London), Thorsten Rohde (Frankfurt) and Maximilian von Moellendorff (Berlin).
