White & Case Advises FCX Performance and Harvest Partners on US$768 Million Sale to Applied Industrial Technologies

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised FCX Performance, Inc., a leading distributor of specialty process flow control products and services, and its controlling investor, Harvest Partners, on the US$768 million sale of FCX Performance to Applied Industrial Technologies, a leading distributor of bearings, power transmission products, fluid power components, and other industrial supplies.

FCX Performance, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, services the chemical processing, food and beverage, general industrial, oil and gas industries, among others, with 68 locations and more than 1,000 employees. Harvest Partners, founded in 1981 and headquartered in New York, is a private equity firm that acquired FCX Performance in 2012 and invests in companies in the manufacturing and distribution, business services, consumer and healthcare industries.
