White & Case advises Bay Ltd. on sale of Highway Division to Texas Materials Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bay Ltd. on the sale of its Highway Division to Texas Materials Group, a subsidiary of CRH (NYSE: CRH).

The Highway Division is a vertically integrated provider of heavy civil construction services located in Corpus Christi, Texas, with core capabilities in hot-mix asphalt production and paving.
