White & Case Advises ION 2 on Its Merger with Innovid

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ION Acquisition Corp. 2 Ltd., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company with US$253 million in trust, on its proposed merger with Innovid, Inc., a global leader in connected TV ad delivery and measurement, in connection with which Innovid will become publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Innovid also secured approximately US$150 million in primary and secondary PIPE financing from institutional investors. The transaction implies a pro forma valuation of approximately US$1.3 billion for Innovid and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
