Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TIER Mobility, Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, on its asset-backed financing from Goldman Sachs.
This is TIER's largest debt facility, which will help the startup to fuel its e-scooter fleet expansion this year.
TIER, which operates in 100 cities in 12 countries across Europe and the Middle East, will use the debt facility to extend its international coverage, helping the company to cover strategic growth markets as well as invest in its fleet of electric scooters, bicycles and mopeds.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Dennis Heuer (Frankfurt), Daniel Turgel and Tom Falkus (both London), and included partner Alexander Kiefner (Frankfurt), counsel Alexander Born (Frankfurt) and associates Claire-Marie Mallad and Alexander Kreibich (Frankfurt).
