White & Case Advises Ara Partners on Its Majority Interest Investment in Lincoln Terminal Holdings, LP

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ara Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in industrial decarbonization investments, on its majority interest investment in Lincoln Terminal Holdings, LP, a leading renewable fuel logistics and infrastructure provider in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. 

Lincoln is the first investment for Ara’s infrastructure strategy. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Lincoln owns and operates five strategic rail transloading and storage facilities across four states. Ara’s investment will support significant expansion of the company’s renewable fuel infrastructure footprint.
