Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Colonnade Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on its business combination with Ouster, Inc. (Ouster), a leading provider of high-resolution digital lidar sensors for the industrial automation, smart infrastructure, robotics and automotive industries, resulting in Ouster becoming a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.
