The acquisition represents a significant milestone in Regnology's US expansion and is expected to create one of the most comprehensive regulatory reporting offerings across the American financial landscape, extending Regnology's reach to more than 4,000 institutions, from global banks to community lenders. By combining a cloud-first, agentic-first technology foundation with Fed Reporter's deeply embedded local expertise, the transaction strengthens Regnology's ability to support more efficient, transparent and data-driven regulatory reporting in the United States.
