Matthew Hurlock Joins White & Case as a Partner in New York

Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today the addition of new partner Matthew Hurlock to its New York office. Hurlock will be part of the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Global Private Equity (PE) Industry Group.

"Matthew is a highly accomplished M&A lawyer with deep experience in private equity and substantial relationships throughout the industry," said John Reiss, Global Head of White & Case's Global M&A Practice. "He will play an important role in supporting the continued expansion of our M&A practice and PE group in New York and globally."

The Firm's Private Equity group was ranked #1 in value by Bloomberg in the first half of 2019 and represents some of the leading PE firms throughout the US and globally.

Hurlock is the latest addition to the Firm’s Global M&A Practice, which has continued to expand in 2019 with the appointments of partners Andres Liivak and Hagai Zaifman in New York; Rodrigo Dominguez Sotomayor and William Parish in Houston; William Fong, Steven Sha, Paul Tang and Daniel Yeh in Hong Kong; Grace Fan-Delatour in Beijing, Murad Daghles in Düsseldorf; and most recently, Andrea Novarese and Maria Cristina Storchi in Milan.
