White & Case Advises Nordic Capital on Acquisition of CARE Fertility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Capital on its acquisition of CARE Fertility in partnership with CARE's management.

"Our role advising on this deal highlights White & Case's expertise in private equity investments in the healthcare services sector."

Nordic Capital is a leading private equity investor with a focus on selected regions and sectors, where it has deep experience and a long history, notably healthcare, technology and payments, financial services, and selectively, industrial and business services. It has invested over €19 billion since its inception in 1989 and has local advisory offices in Sweden, the UK, the US, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway and South Korea.

CARE Fertility has been at the forefront of IVF science and clinical technology for over 25 years. The company has an outstanding reputation based on its excellent success rates, high medical standards and clinical leadership.

The deal closed on 24 February 2022.
