White & Case Advises Cerberus on Acquisition of Performing and Non-Performing Loan Portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (Cerberus), a global leader in alternative investing, on the acquisition of a portfolio of performing and non-performing real estate-backed loans, with borrowers in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Finland, from a major German bank.
"Our cross-border and cross-practice deal team in the UK and Germany delivered a 'one-stop shop' service that advised Cerberus on the acquired loan portfolios across several European jurisdictions," said London-based White & Case partner Chris Czarnocki, who co-led the Firm's deal team.
