Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised AG Grid Holdings Ltd on the sale of AG Grid Ltd (AG Grid), a software company specializing in advanced data grid solutions for web applications, to Adelis Equity Partners (Adelis). White & Case also advised AG Grid's management team.
As part of the transaction, AG Grid and Adelis portfolio company Bryntum, a leading provider of advanced web components for scheduling and project management, will create a globally leading provider of high quality web components.
London-headquartered AG Grid was founded in 2016 and provides high performance data grid and charting solutions for modern web applications. Used by millions of developers worldwide, from solo developers to global enterprises, AG Grid and AG Charts power data-driven applications across industries.
Adelis is a growth partner for leading companies which has made 50 platform investments and more than 250 add-on acquisitions since 2013, managing approximately €4.5 billion in capital.
