White & Case advises FutureLife on acquisition of The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised FutureLife, a pan-European provider of IVF and related services, on its acquisition of London IVF clinic The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH). 

Headquartered in the Czech Republic and with investment from CVC Capital Partners and Hartenberg Holding, FutureLife is a pan-European provider of IVF and related genetics services, with 42 clinics across eight European markets including the Czech Republic, Ireland, Netherlands, Romania and Estonia. FutureLife is focused on expanding in a number of key European geographies, including the UK where FutureLife currently has a footprint through London-based City Fertility. Following the acquisition of CRGH, FutureLife will operationally align City Fertility and CRGH to enable knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across both clinics.

CRGH is the largest private fertility clinic in the London private IVF market. It is located near Harley Street and has been providing IVF treatments for over 30 years. 

In December 2021 White & Case advised CVC on its investment in FutureLife a.s., alongside FutureLife's existing investor Hartenberg.
