
White & Case Advises Inspire Brands, Inc. on Its US$2.3 Billion Acquisition of Sonic Corp.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Inspire Brands, Inc. (Inspire), a leading multi-brand restaurant company, on its entry into a definitive merger agreement to acquire drive-in restaurant chain Sonic Corp. (Sonic) in a transaction valued at approximately US$2.3 billion.
Sonic is America's largest drive-in restaurant chain, which serves more than three million customers at more than 3,600 drive-ins each day.
Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company, which holds a portfolio including more than 4,700 Arby's, Buffalo, Wild Wings and Rusty Taco locations worldwide.
