White & Case advises Eurazeo on investment in BMS

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eurazeo on its £355 million investment in BMS Group (BMS), a global insurance broker headquartered in the UK, equating to 34 percent of the share capital of BMS.

Founded in 1980, BMS is an independent reinsurance, wholesale and direct insurance broker, operating across 14 countries with 28 offices around the world (US, Canada, Latin America, Australia, Europe and Asia). Eurazeo's investment will support BMS on its growth plans to expand internationally.
