White & Case Advises Casino on Creation of Joint Central Purchasing Agency with Conforama
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Casino on the creation of a joint central purchasing agency for non-food products with Conforama, one of the major home furnishings retailers in Europe.
The agency, named 'Mano', will be operational for 2017 purchasing negotiations. It will aim to optimize purchasing in France from the main international suppliers of household appliances for both groups.
Casino Group is a food and non-food retail specialist. It generated €46.1 billion in sales during 2015 and has more than 325,000 employees worldwide.
