White & Case Advises Faurecia on Proposed Sale of Automotive Exteriors Business
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Faurecia, one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers, on the proposed sale of its Automotive Exteriors business to Plastic Omnium.
The finalization of the proposed sale will combine the expertise and technology of two strong players in the exterior automotive parts sector.
The Automotive Exteriors business to be sold, which supplies a diverse range of products, achieved sales of €2 billion during 2014 and employs 7,700 people across 22 sites. The transaction, estimated at €665 million based on Enterprise Value, remains subject to information and consultation procedures with the relevant employee representative bodies, and prior clearances by the relevant antitrust authorities.
