White & Case advises the founders of PDR-Team & Careoss Group on acquisition by Solvd Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PDR-Team and Careoss Group, and its founders, on the acquisition of a majority stake by Solvd Group, a subsidiary of Allianz and one of the world's leading companies for digital claims and repair management.

PDR-Team and Careoss Group were established as family businesses in Berlin and combined have grown into one of Europe's leading specialists in automotive claims management. PDR-Team focuses on hail damage management, while Careoss specialises in the repair of accident damage, together covering two of the most complex loss scenarios in the market. Headquartered in Mutlangen, Germany and Romans-sur-Isère, France, the group is currently active in Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland and the United States.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including merger control approval, and is expected in the second half of 2026.
