White & Case Advises Adelis Equity Partners on Sale of Nordomatic to Trill Impact

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adelis Equity Partners (Adelis) on its sale of Nordomatic to Trill Impact.

Founded in 2012, Adelis is a private equity firm focused on the Nordic mid-market with €1 billion in assets under management. Since raising its first fund in 2013, it has acquired 22 companies and made more than 70 add-on acquisitions. Adelis is based in Stockholm, Sweden and also has an office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Founded in 1967, Nordomatic is a leading independent building management systems integrator in the Nordics providing energy-efficient and cloud-based building automation systems in the region. During Adelis' ownership, Nordomatic has tripled sales from approximately SEK290 million to approximately SEK880 million and today employs more than 400 professionals in 18 locations across the Nordics.

The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Shoan Panahi and included associates Sebastian Wallin, Ivana Sutalo, Rebecka Tenenbaum, Jonas Johansson, Jonas Brandt, Pontus Grönberg, Fredrik Johansson and Daniel Högström.
