Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Basalt Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of bn:t Blatzheim Networks Telecom GmbH and SOCO Network Solutions GmbH, full-service telecommunications providers based in Germany.
Basalt are seeking to build out their telecoms portfolio and are looking at further targets in Germany in this sector.
White & Case partner Marcus Booth, who co-led the Firm's deal team, said: "We have a longstanding relationship with Basalt and this is our second deal for them since the acquisition of Comax, and their first deal in Germany.
