Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Consolidated Energy Finance S.A., a financing subsidiary of Switzerland-based leading international methanol and fertilizer manufacturer Consolidated Energy Limited AG, on a new US$825 million credit facility.
The transaction consists of a US$225 million revolving credit facility and a US$600 million institutional term loan B.
