Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Crystal Peak Acquisition (Crystal Peak), on its US$150 million initial public offering of 15,000,000 Units and listing on Euronext Amsterdam, which included US$30 million in anchor investments.
Jefferies acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner on the IPO.
Crystal Peak is a Cayman Islands-incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by Michael Tobin, Rupert Robson and Seth Schelin and focused on targets in the EMEA digital and technology sectors.
White & Case was the top law firm for European-listed SPAC IPOs by deal count and value during the first half of 2021, according to data from Dealogic. The Firm advised on seven priced SPAC IPOs listed in Europe with a value of approximately US$2 billion.
