White & Case Advises the Dealers on BBVA Mexico's US$500 Million Notes Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BBVA Securities, BNP Paribas, BoFA Securities and Morgan Stanley, as dealers, on leading Mexican financial institution BBVA Mexico's issuance of US$500 million of senior unsecured notes in the Rule 144A/Reg S international markets. The notes have a five-year maturity and an interest rate of 1.875 percent. The Notes are listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of Euronext Dublin.

This was the second issuance under BBVA Mexico's US$ 10 billion Rule 144A/Reg S Medium Term Note Program.

The White & Case team was led by partner Taisa Markus, and included counsel Henrikki Harsu (both in New York), associate Diego Canepa Fernandez (in Mexico City), and tax partner Ray Simon (in New York).
