White & Case Advises Banks on HT Troplast's €340 Million Debut High Yield Bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley on the issuance of a secured corporate bond of HT Troplast GmbH (HT Troplast) with a total volume of €340 million.
HT Troplast is the parent company of profine GmbH, a producer of PVC window and door profile systems and solutions. The Senior Secured Notes under New York law (144A/Reg S) have a term until 2025, an annual interest coupon of 9.25% and are listed on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
