White & Case Advises Lenders on Loire-Atlantique Very High-Speed Internet Network

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de la Loire, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Natixis and Société Générale on the design, financing, establishment and technical and commercial operation of the very high speed fibre optic electronic communications network in the Loire-Atlantique department in France through a public service concession led by Vauban Infrastructures Partners and Axione, affiliated with Natixis Investment Managers, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

This operation will be carried out using entirely private funding.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Amaury de Feydeau and Jean-Luc Champy, and included partner Grégoire Karila and associates Louis-Jérôme Laisney, Quirec de Kersauson, Camille Fouqué, Alain Chan-Hon, Thierry Nkiliyehe and Charles Linel.
